Joe Stokley Jr. Business Development & Operations
Joe is the principal broker and owner of Stokley Properties Inc. Over the past 20 years Joe has been active in real estate investments and property management.
Previously a Regional Vice President for a national real estate investment firm with holdings of over 2 billion dollars, Joe was responsible for sales and marketing of large commercial office buildings and retail shopping centers across the United States.
He has held a California Real Estate Salespersons license since 1988 and earned his California Real Estate Broker’s license as well as his Security Series 22 and 63 licenses. He has also earned the designation, California Certified Residential Manager "CCRM" from the California Apartment Association. Joe is on the Board of Directors with the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce and is also on the Board of Directors with the Contra Costa Realtors in Motion (CCRIM) where he will serve as the 2012 President Elect. Joe has attended both Diablo Valley College and Sacramento State University where he received his Associate Arts and Business

Sheila Stokley Administration & Finance
Sheila is also principal and owner of Stokley Properties, Inc. Sheila has owned and managed properties for over 20 years. In 2007 Sheila earned her California Real Estate Salesperson license, and received her BS Business Administration degree from John F. Kennedy University in 1995.
After a 20 year career with Chevron and concurrently managing the family’s real estate portfolio, Sheila left Chevron in 2004 to devote her full time efforts to Stokley Properties. Her primary focus is in office administration and finance, resident and client
Sheila is a member in good standing with "NARPM", the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Joe Sr. spent thirty two years in the advertising business, and as president and partner in a multi-million dollar organization with over five hundred employees located in Southern California. In 1990 Joe retired from the advertising business and began investing and manageing his own real estate portfolio. In 2009 Joe Sr. joined Stokley Properties Inc.
In addition to his responisbilities with Stokley Properties Inc. Joe is a principal and owner of "Rent Ready Services". Rent Ready was established in conjuction with Stokley Properties to ensure we and our clients could attain Property Perparation Services that are dependable, proficient, and competitive. Pete Sabine Real Estate Broker & Consultant
Pete Sabine is a Real Estate Broker and Consultant specializing in residential and income property sales since 1985. Pete brings together an extensive background in sales, marketing, negotiation, relocation and construction with buying and selling strategies focused on delivering quality services, expertise and innovative solutions for his clients.
Over the course of his real estate career, Pete has successfully completed more than 600 real estate transactions in Contra Costa County. Pete is a consistent top producing real estate broker. Prior to becoming a successful Real Estate Broker, Pete was a general contractor specializing in residential construction in various Contra Costa County communities.
Pete is the co-author of the book "Get the Best Deal When Selling Your Home"- San Francisco Bay Area edition. Pete is an investment property specialist and provides residential and commercial property management services.
Pete earned his CRS designation as a Certified Residential Specialist. He is a graduate of the Realtors Institute of California (GRI designation) and the Mastery of Negotiations from the University of San Francisco Professional Development Series. Pete is a member of ACRE and achieved his Accredited Consultant in Real Estate designation from The Council of Accredited Consultants in Real Estate. Pete is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Lyn Haber Real Estate Consultant & Leasing Agent
Lyn is a full time real estate consultant specializing in residential real estate sales and leasing with Stokley Properties.
Since 1995, she has worked in the real estate industry with such well known companies as, Toll Brothers, Davidon Homes and the Hoffmann Company.
In addition to having her real estate license, Lyn holds a degree in interior design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles as well as being a principle at the Jael Design Group, an interior design and home staging company.
Lyn is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, and a member of the California and National Association of Realtors.

Jill is a full time real estate consultant with Stokley Properties. She specializes in the areas of residential sales and leasing.

Greg Wehrer Chief Maintenance Officer
Greg is a Principal at PREMIER Property Maintenance and our primary maintenance vendor. He has over 26 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial facilities in such companies as Disneyland, Starwood Hotels, Loews Hotels, Marriott Hotels and Southern California Edison. In addition to his extensive hands-on expertise, Greg has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. He also holds a California State General Contractors License, an EPA Universal Certification, EPA Lead Paint Certification, and is a Registered with the Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair. We focus on quality work and unmatched customer service always delivered on-time

BACKGROUND
Stokley Properties was established in 1989. We began investing and managing residential rental properties as a way to fortify our future. Stokley Properties started by acquiring investment properties in the Central and East Contra Costa County areas. Due to the success of our real estate rental business we soon eclipsed 100 units owned and operated under Stokley Properties. We have purchased, sold, reinvested, remodeled, flipped and rented countless properties over the years.
We attribute our success to dedication and hard work. Over the past 20 years we have established a philosophy of our business:
The relationship between a tenant and the landlord is a partnership. The landlord's role is to provide a safe, well maintained, competitively priced rental property, and to be responsive to the residents in the event of a problem. The resident's responsibility in the partnership to respect and preserve the property, attend to their financial obligations (pay the rent on time) and be a good neighbor. When both parties fulfill their obligations it results in a successful partnership.
Our Keys to Success
- A good deal is only a good deal if it is good for both parties.
