Joe Stokley Jr.

Business Development

 

Joe is the principal broker and owner of Stokley Properties Inc. Over the past 20 years Joe has been active in real estate investments and property management.

 

Previously a Regional Vice President for a national real estate investment firm with holdings of over 2 billion dollars, Joe was responsible for sales and marketing of large commercial office buildings and retail shopping centers across the United States.

 

He has held a California Real Estate Salespersons license since 1988 and earned his California Real Estate Broker’s license as well as his Security Series 22 and 63 licenses. Joe has attended both Diablo Valley College and Sacramento State University where he received his Associate Arts and Business Degree.

Sheila Stokley

Administration & Finance

 

Sheila has owned and managed properties for over 20 years. In 2007 she earned her California Real Estate Salesperson license, and received her BS Business Administration degree from John F. Kennedy University in 1995.

 

After a 20 year career with Chevron, and managing the family’s properties after work, Sheila left Chevron in 2004 to work full time at Stokley Properties. Her primary focus is in office management and record keeping, resident and client services.

Joe Sr. spent thirty two years in the advertising business, and as president and partner in a multi-million dollar organization with over five hundred employees located in Southern California. In 1990 Joe retired from the advertising business and returned to Northern California.  

The family began investing and managing residential properties. As General Manager of Stokley Properties, Joe Sr. oversees the day to day operations. He brings with him over fifty years of business experience that complements the Stokley Properties.

Moises Pagan

Real Estate Consultant & Leasing Agent

 

Moisés Pagán is a full time real estate consultant specializing in residential real estate sales since 2003. He received his BS from Orfalea College of Business, California Polytechnic State University(Cal Poly), San Luis Obispo and worked in New Product development and IT project consulting for 10 years before moving into Real Estate.

"Although my career was solid it lacked a link with my passion for helping people, face to face, in life enhancing and changing directions. This is what led me to a remarkable career in real estate where my passion for helping people, planning and project management skills serve my clients daily."

Lyn Haber

Lyn is a full time real estate consultant specializing in residential real estate sales and leasing  with Stokley Properties.

 

Since 1995, she has worked in the real estate industry with such well known companies as, Toll Brothers, Davidon Homes and the Hoffmann Company.

 

In addition to having her real estate license, Lyn holds a degree in interior design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising  in Los Angeles as well as being a principle at the Jael Design Group, an interior design and home staging company.

 

Lyn is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, and a member of the California and National Association of Realtors.

Jill Goolsby

Real Estate Consultant & Leasing Agent

 

Jill is a full time real estate consultant with Stokley Properties.  She specializes in the areas of  residential sales and leasing.


In addition to holding a real estate license, Jill received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State in 1988.  She has been in the real estate industry for close to two decades, working for such builders as Greenbriar Homes, Toll Brothers and William Lyon.


Jill is also co-principal at the Jael Design Group, a staging and interior design firm.

 

Her primary focus in all of her business is delivering the “Gold Standard” in customer service.


Jill is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the California and Contra Costa Board of Realtors.

Richard DiNottia

Real Estate Consultant & Leasing Agent

 

Richard is a real estate consultant for Stokley Properties, with responsibility for business development and leasing.  He brings a diverse financial background to the company, having worked in Treasury management in corporate real estate environments, and business development in commercial business credit, real estate finance and title insurance.

 

Richard understands the issues and demands of property ownership, having the experience of managing family-owned properties as well as providing management services for third party owners. He seeks to both maximize current operating income and future asset value by taking a pro-active view of all aspects of a property’s operation.

 

A graduate of the University of Southern California, he has been licensed as a salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate for over 20 years, and has earned the designation of California Certified Residential Manager from the California Apartment Association.

Greg Wehrer

Chief Maintenance Officer

 

Greg is a Principal at PREMIER Property Maintenance and our primary maintenance vendor.  He has over 26 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial facilities in such companies as Disneyland, Starwood Hotels, Loews Hotels, Marriott Hotels and Southern California Edison.  In addition to his extensive hands-on expertise, Greg has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering.  He also holds a California State General Contractors License, an EPA Universal Certification, EPA Lead Paint Certification, and is a Registered with the Bureau of Electronic and Appliance Repair.  We focus on quality work and unmatched customer service always delivered on-time.

BACKGROUND

Stokley Properties was established in 1989. We began investing and managing residential rental properties as a way to fortify our future. Stokley Properties started by acquiring investment properties in the Central and East Contra Costa County areas. Due to the success of our real estate rental business we soon eclipsed 100 units owned and operated under Stokley Properties. We have purchased, sold, reinvested, remodeled, flipped and rented countless properties over the years.

We attribute our success to dedication and hard work. Over the past 20 years we have established a philosophy of our business:

The relationship between a tenant and the landlord is a partnership. The landlord's role is to provide a safe, well maintained, competitively priced rental property, and to be responsive to the residents in the event of a problem. The resident's responsibility in the partnership to respect and preserve the property, attend to their financial obligations (pay the rent on time) and be a good neighbor. When both parties fulfill their obligations it results in a successful partnership.
