Joe Stokley Jr. Business Development & Operations
Joe is the principal broker and owner of Stokley Properties Inc. Over the past 20 years Joe has been active in real estate investments and property management.
Previously a Regional Vice President for a national real estate investment firm with holdings of over 2 billion dollars, Joe was responsible for sales and marketing of large commercial office buildings and retail shopping centers across the United States.
He has held a California Real Estate Salespersons license since 1988 and earned his California Real Estate Broker’s license as well as his Security Series 22 and 63 licenses. He has also earned the designation, California Certified Residential Manager "CCRM" from the California Apartment Association. Joe is on the Board of Directors with the Pleasant Hill Chamber of Commerce and is also on the Board of Directors with the Contra Costa Realtors in Motion (CCRIM) where he will serve as the 2012 President Elect. Joe has attended both Diablo Valley College and Sacramento State University where he received his Associate Arts and Business

Sheila Stokley Administration & Finance
Sheila is also principal and owner of Stokley Properties, Inc. Sheila has owned and managed properties for over 20 years. In 2007 Sheila earned her California Real Estate Salesperson license, and received her BS Business Administration degree from John F. Kennedy University in 1995.
After a 20 year career with Chevron and concurrently managing the family’s real estate portfolio, Sheila left Chevron in 2004 to devote her full time efforts to Stokley Properties. Her primary focus is in office administration and finance, resident and client
Sheila is a member in good standing with "NARPM", the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Marcia Finley Administration & Finance Marcia has been in the financial services industry for over 25 years. She began her career in the securities industry working for Morgan Stanley in the Private Wealth Management division where she earned her Series 7 license. She has also worked for a handful of prominent Bay Area Investment Advisory firms as Operations Manger, supervising staff and managing all aspects of successful wealth management. Marcia earned a Bachelors of Arts from San Diego State University in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology. In 2000, she decided to focus he efforts on her family . She has continued her work in her finance starting her own bookkeeping firm in 2002 that specializes in QuickBooks. Marcia has lived in Pleasant Hill for over 20 years and has been a active member of the local community.

Joe Sr. spent thirty two years in the advertising business, and as president and partner in a multi-million dollar organization with over five hundred employees located in Southern California. In 1990 Joe retired from the advertising business and began investing and manageing his own real estate portfolio. In 2009 Joe Sr. joined Stokley Properties Inc.

John Millino Business Development & Leasing Agent
John Millino is a full-time real estate consultant with Stokley Properties, specializing in residential leasing and business development.
John has worked full-time in the real estate industry for over 24 years. He obtained his California Real Estate license in 1988 and has extensive experience buying, marketing, selling, investing and developing in the San Francisco Bay Area.
John has worked for large developers such as Centex Homes, Pulte Homes and KB Home. Additionally, he has experience with smaller, local developers and marketing companies in the Bay Area. With over 1,000 closings and $500,000,000 in personal sales in his career, John knows the subtleties of the local rental markets and sub-markets. He will draw upon that knowledge (including marketing, staging and even finding the proper feng shui) to maximize rental income for your property.

Lyn is a full time real estate consultant specializing in residential real estate sales and leasing with Stokley Properties.
Since 1995, she has worked in the real estate industry with such well known companies as, Toll Brothers, Davidon Homes and the Hoffmann Company.
In addition to having her real estate license, Lyn holds a degree in interior design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles as well as being a principle at the Jael Design Group, an interior design and home staging company.
Lyn is a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors, and a member of the California and National Association of Realtors.

Greg is a Principal at PREMIER Property Maintenance and our primary maintenance vendor. He has over 26 years of experience in the construction and maintenance of residential, commercial and industrial facilities in such companies as Disneyland, Starwood Hotels, Loews Hotels, Marriott Hotels and Southern California Edison. In addition to his extensive hands-on expertise, Greg has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering. BACKGROUND
Stokley Properties was established in 1989. We began investing and managing residential rental properties as a way to fortify our future. Stokley Properties started by acquiring investment properties in the Central and East Contra Costa County areas. Due to the success of our real estate rental business we soon eclipsed 100 units owned and operated under Stokley Properties. We have purchased, sold, reinvested, remodeled, flipped and rented countless properties over the years.

The relationship between a tenant and the landlord is a partnership. The landlord's role is to provide a safe, well maintained, competitively priced rental property, and to be responsive to the residents in the event of a problem. The resident's responsibility in the partnership to respect and preserve the property, attend to their financial obligations (pay the rent on time) and be a good neighbor. When both parties fulfill their obligations it results in a successful partnership.
